Returns & Refund Policy

1. Custom Products (Blankets, Apparel, Mugs, Pillows)

All physical merchandise is custom-made to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is personalized with your child's story art and custom message, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Have significant print quality issues
  • Are the wrong product or size

To request a replacement, email support@snugstories.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll work with Printful to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Printed Storybooks

Storybooks are printed by our partner Lulu. Similar to merchandise, each book is custom-printed. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, but will replace or refund books that arrive damaged or with print defects.

Contact support@snugstories.com within 30 days of delivery with photos.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium and Growth subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

If you're having issues with your subscription, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

4. Shipping

Merchandise typically ships within 2-5 business days and arrives within 5-8 business days (US). Storybooks typically arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders may take longer.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days (US) or 30 days (international), contact us for a replacement or refund.
